Product description

Micro-negative pressure high temperature pyrolysis technology for waste tires is one of the promising waste tire treatment methods. It decomposes the organic components of the tire by heating at a high temperature of 500-700 ℃ under the condition of anaerobic, so as to obtain around 45% fuel oil, 30% carbon black, 10% steel wire, 10%-15% combustible gas.

1. Used as the heating material and sell it to cement factories, glass factories, ceramic factories, electric power factories, steel making factories, boiler factories, etc.
2. Used in heavy oil generator for electricity generation.
3. Deep process it into diesel oil with our distillation plant, color, and smell removal system, the final oil can be used in trucks, tractors, etc.
Carbon Black (30%-35%) Slag for construction.
Flammable Gas (8%-10%) 1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the exceed gas to restart the next batch.

Advantages of Main parts of the pyrolysis plant

1. Pyrolysis reactor

1.The pyrolysis reactor offers an oxygen-free and high-temperature working condition for pyrolysis process of feedstocks.

2.Manufactured with good material of Q245R boiler plate.

3.The rollers are engineered under the feeding port and oil outlet port which is external from the heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and long service life.

2.Square box condenser

1.Square box condenser offers a long condensing distance of 120 meters in total. The pyrolysis gas produced from pyrolysis reactor enters the internal condenser pipes connected in series. The condensing process is fast and efficient.

2.The diameter of condensing pipe not only brings larger heat exchange area, but also makes maintenance easier.

3.Combustible gas is collected by the system and routed to heating system as fuel supply. It saves fuel consumption meanwhile protect the environment.

3. Slag discharging device

1.Carbon black is conveyed in a sealed condition to achieve pollution-free.

2.The screw conveyor is combined with condenser to help cool down carbon black.

3.Easy storage and packing from screw conveyor.

Operation Process

1: Feeding. Feed tires into reactor manually or with auto feeder;

2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperatures and oil gas comes out.

3: Oil-producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned into liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for second burning. 

4: Cooling. After the oil processing is finished, leave the plant for cooling.

5: Carbon black discharging.
