Huayin Pyrolysis Waste Motor Oil Recycling To Diesel Distillation Equipment
The waste oil distillation machine with high vacuum molecular distillation technology, it can convert waste pyrolysis oil ,waste engine oil into diesel , with features of low cost, high recovery rate, environmental friendly and energy-saving.
Working process of the waste engine oil /pyrolysis oil distillation plant
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.
with catalyst the oil color is same with the beer color, close to the standard diesel. can directly used in into generator power engine , heavy constrcution engine .
