1.Environmental Protection
1. For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.
2. About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnance for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is clearned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.
3. About the carbon black, we do the futher process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out.No slag emission.
4. About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.
2.Energy saving
1) The flame path is designed as spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.
2) The residual gas from pyrolysis is recycled to furnace burning to heating the reactor.
3) The insulation cover is formed by 3 levels: steel plate, rock wool and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps saving fuel.

1. Design the layout drawings according to the site of customers.
2. For each set of pyrolysis plant, one engineer will be sent to guide the installation, test the machine and train the workers.
3. One year warranty for the complete plant .
4. After-service department will give periodical call visit to make sure there is no problem of the equipment .
