Product information

Micro-negative pressure and high-temperature pyrolysis technology for waste tires is one of the promising waste tire treatment methods. It decomposes the organic components of the tire by heating at a high temperature of 500-700 ℃ under the condition of anaerobic, so as to obtain around 45% fuel oil, 30% carbon black, 10% steel wire, 10%-15% combustible gas.

Output product usage

1. Fuel oil (40-45%): Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or heavy oil generators, cement factories, and boiler heating, etc. Or being refined into non-standard diesel for use in trucks, tractors, etc.

2. Carbon black(30%): Be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating

3. Steel wires(10%): Sold or reprocessed.

4. Combustible gas(10%-15%): Can be recycled and used during production as fuel.

A. Environmental protection

1. The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by powerful ceramic packing dust removal device, then can be released into the air through the chimney.

2. Carbon black will be discharged out in sealed condition to avoid pollution.

B. Energy saving

1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.

2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus saving your heating fuel.

3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps save fuel.

1. In manufacturing we use auto-cutting machines, auto welding machines, and auto-rolling machines so that both the quality and appearance of our products can be guaranteed.

2. In production, we use auto-feeder to feed raw materials into pyrolysis reactor. By auto-feeder it needs few workers and less time to feed. And because of 50-ton hydraulic pressure, it can feed more tires than manually feeding.
